Congratulations to five Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine physicians who have been recognized for scoring in the 98th percentile for ambulatory patient experience at WashU Medicine: Adam Anderson, MD; Amit Bery, MD; Robert Case, Jr., MD; Laura Halverson, MD; and Zachary Lonjers, MD.
This is an outstanding achievement that places these physicians among the very top performers across the entire Department of Medicine. Reaching the 98th percentile reflects a genuine commitment to delivering patient-centered care and acknowledges the excellent bedside manner, meticulous attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and tremendous clinical knowledge that define their practice. It is a distinction earned through consistent, high-quality care visit after visit.
The recognition is all the more meaningful given the demands these physicians manage every day. They care for a large number of medically complex patients, many of whom are underserved, and they do so while remaining extraordinarily busy and hardworking. That they continue to deliver such an exceptional patient experience under these conditions speaks to their dedication and skill.
