The Airways Clinical Research Unit (ACRU) is a group of health-care research professionals within the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care at Washington University School of Medicine. Kaharu Sumino, MD, serves as the director of the ACRU and lead researcher.
Our research team of clinicians and experienced ACRU research coordinators conducts a variety of research studies that all serve common goals — to help you fight asthma and COPD and to advance asthma and COPD treatment.
