The Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care is proud to announce Dr. Jeffrey Koenitzer as the recipient of the 2024 American Lung Association® Dalsemer Interstitial Research Grant. This grant underscores the importance of Dr. Koenitzer’s investigation of the mechanisms and biology of interstitial lung disease. This two-year award will support Dr. Koenitzer’s trailblazing research project titled “LTBP2 (Latent transforming growth factor-β binding protein-2) as a Marker and Driver of Pulmonary Fibrosis.”
