Research Interests

In addition to his administrative role in the Medical Critical Care Program at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, Dr. Aguilar has an interest in developing academic programming aimed at improving healthcare team effectiveness.  From a research standpoint, his works focuses on using principles of organizational psychology to understand and improve team dynamics across a variety of healthcare settings.
