Please join us in welcoming Melissa Drane, the new Senior Director of Development for Clinical Programs for the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. As part of our mission and commitment to maintaining the highest levels of excellence in research, academics and patient care Melissa supports our philanthropic endeavors.

Melissa has more than 17 years of experience as a development professional at several public and private institutions, including Case Western Reserve, University Hospitals of Cleveland, University of Maryland, and recently as Director of Leadership Gifts at George Mason University.

Private philanthropy is significantly important to our future, and to that end, Melissa is now working with us to help secure new and additional funds for research, named professorships, fellowships, and more – all of which helps the Division continue to attract and retain the outstanding talent that has made our Division exceptional.
