Application Requirements

Because portions of fellowship training may be funded by our NIH Training Grant, proof of U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status is required.

Due to our involvement in the National Residency Match Program (NRMP), we are unable to consider any applicants who are not registered for the subspecialty match.

All fellowship applications are to be submitted through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service).

Applications for Fellowship must include:

• Universal Application (ERAS Comm Application Form)
• Curriculum Vitae
• Dean's Letter of Recommendation
• Department of Medicine Chair's Letter of Support
• At Least Three (3) Letters of Recommendation
• USMLE Result(s)
• Personal Statement
• Photograph
